– AN IMPORTANT MILESTONE IN OUR ESG JOURNEY

As part of this journey, HydraSpecma has committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), supporting our ambition to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in line with internationally recognised climate frameworks.

Awarded with an EcoVadis Silver Medal, placing us among the top 15% of assessed companies worldwide, we have been recognised for our progress and continued commitment to ESG and responsible business practices.

Our EcoVadis rating combined with our commitment to the SBTi reflects our ambition to continuously strengthen our sustainability performance and transparency, and this milestone is only the beginning.

ENVIRONMENT 

We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint through responsible practices and measurable climate actions. Across our operations, we focus on improving energy efficiency and supporting the transition towards renewable energy sources with the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

  • GHG emissions:

    We actively work to reduce Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions in line with international climate targets.

    Our 2030 ambitions:
    » Reduce Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 50% by 2030 (base year 2020)
    » Reduce Scope 3 GHG emissions by 45% by 2030 (base year 2021)

  • Science Based Targets initiatives (SBTi) commitment:

    We have committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), with the aim of aligning our climate ambitions with the Paris Agreement to limit global warming to 1.5°C.

  • Energy efficiency:

    Continuous investment in energy-efficient technologies ensures we optimise energy use in production, logistics, and distribution.

    Our 2030 ambition:
    » 100% renewable electricity consumption by 2030 (base year 2020)
